Howard Kreitzman is an innovative American senior retail executive with extensive experience in global brands and broad expertise in omni channel, prestige department stores and specialty stores. He is accomplished in strategic planning, accelerating sales and profits, developing exclusive products and brands and assisting incoming brands to understand and navigate the U.S. market
Mr.Kreitzman’s, prior to linking up with Quarto, was a Vice President of Bloomingdale’s where he held responsibilities in all elements of the business including buying, merchandising, marketing, sales promotion, vendor relationships and brand acquisitions, store planning and design direction and selling cost. Mr. Kreitzman is also a former Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager at DFS, one of the largest duty-free luxury retailers in the world where he gained extensive international experience.
Mr. Kreitzman’s was appointed as Vice President and General Merchandise Manager Retail of Vans, a Los Angeles-based fashion footwear and apparel company, where he developed and executed a successful turnaround strategy. In addition, Mr. Kreitzman’s has held executive roles at both Macy’s and Burdine’s in Florida.
Mr. Kreitzman earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut and is an adjunct professor in marketing, retailing and merchandising at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.
