Throughout his wide-ranging consultancy work, Tom has applied long term, and mutually beneficial agreements, which secure brands with a long-term local business partner.
Having previously worked for Ralph Lauren, Ben Sherman, APG & Co., and Givenchy, Tom understands the importance of brand consistency and can ensure this despite the intricacies of counter-seasonality in the fashion business.
He has practical and informed experience in merchandising, sales, and brand and general management across a wide spanning portfolio of brands heralding from America, Asia, Europe and Australia. He encompasses a world focus on fashion business, rethinks the traditional way of doing things, and creates strategic business plans to meet the demands of an unpredictable and ever changing globalised industry.
