Quarto rarely comes across a retail company where there are not profit gains to be made from a review of the operational side of the business. This may include examination of locations, rents, rates, staff cost, training, motivation,  store layout, visual merchandising, use of technology, traffic flows etc.

Quarto has within its ranks team members with years of highly successful retailing experience both through their own personal careers and through the projects they have worked on with Quarto.
